Kasper Roelvink (Managing Partner)
For the past decade, Kasper has been facilitating global real estate and infrastructure transactions. As Managing Partner of Roxx Group, he oversees all aspects of the business and is directly involved in day to day operations.
Since 2019, Kasper has been involved within G-Capital Group, Kasper has utilized his wide range of experience and vast network in order to drive the growth of the business acting as a Senior Vice President of Expansion for the Group.
Kasper has also been the Founder and Chairman of BTS Property Group, one of Thailand’s leading Real Estate Investment Companies. In conjunction with BTS Property Group, he is also Co-founder of BK Consultants, a wealth and fund management firm based in Singapore with a focus on real estate and renewable energy. Through his previous involvement as SEA’s Director for Kylla Group, a global fund management and business structuring company, Kasper draws upon his knowledge and experience of SEA’s market to establish startups traversing numerous industries. By utilizing his intimate knowledge and grasp of the commercial industry, he has built a reputable presence within Asia and Europe as an industrious and bold entrepreneur with extensive experience.
Kasper has established himself as a well-known individual with an uncanny ability to identify market opportunities and has an extraordinary entrepreneurial mindset.
Kasper is of Dutch descent, multi-lingual, and with a degree in International Business/Management.
Bashar Jazmati (Managing Partner)
As Managing Partner, Bashar helped to grow the business within the area and his key functions are capital raising, fund structuring, and building and fostering partnerships.
Bashar is an established advisor and investment professional to leading State-Owned-Enterprises and project sponsors in Asia and the Middle East regions, including notable leadership and director-level roles within ANZ Bank in Singapore, HSBC Bank in London and Dubai and Arab Banking Corporation in Paris.
Having been based in Paris, London, Dubai, and now in Singapore, he has gained distinct leading investment structuring experience spanning a 20+ year career in investments and financial structuring with significant international experience within Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
His past roles include lead investment and financial advisor to the Minister of Tourism in the Kingdom of Morocco, inclusive of the successful set up of Wesal Capital; a one billion US dollar investment fund dedicated to the tourism and real estate sector in Morocco. Additionally, he led the fundraising process for the Ministry with leading SWFs and institutional investors from Asia and The Middle East.
Bashar is currently acting as lead advisor to several SoE in ASEAN on devising major investment schemes and fund set up dedicated to their respective sectors, handling the setup strategy, business commercial structuring and fundraising approaches.
A French citizen with dual engineering/business degree and graduate of the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees in Paris, France, he is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
