Roxx Group is a small Family Office and Advisory firm specialising in Real Estate and Infrastructure based in Central London. Each member of the Roxx Group brings over a decade of experience in various aspects of property development, property brokerage, property finance, infrastructure finance and banking throughout Europe and in Asia.
Our mission is to build and monetise an extensive and diversified portfolio of residential and mixed-use property assets, primarily through investment in sites to develop, with the option to sell or hold for long term income, and/or participating in partner projects through finance.
Our growth is led by where we see the greatest opportunities and we use our expertise and the strength of our financial support to retain flexibility as we see market conditions evolve.
HISTORY
Roxx Group's real estate and infrastructure investment advisory has been established to focus on directly sourced investments to consistently deliver risk-adjusted returns for investors and partners. The Group is a recognised leader dedicated to originating equity and debt across Europe, The Middle East and Asia. Roxx group's professionals have established a deep knowledge of capital structuring and tax advisory specialising in LUX, SG and BVI structures.
Since 2018, Roxx Group have raised capital from private and institutional investors across the globe and built a large team of experienced investment professionals, dedicated to investing in equity and debt strategies.
